The shutter and flash have been confirmed to be in perfect working order.
There are scratches due to aging
AF lamp transparent cover missing (see 11th photo)
There is no mold or haze in the lens finder, but please note that there is some dust. None of this affects the shooting and it works perfectly! I think the condition is better than the regular Tiara.
