Refund policy

Purchase mistake
For cameras and lenses, please ship within 3 days after receiving the product.
The customer is responsible for paying the entire shipping fee.
However, we will check the product and refund if there is no problem.
Please note that if there are obvious scratches or damage, a partial refund will be given.
Regarding the film, if it is not written as expired, it will be the current film (within the expiry date).
However, unlike Japan, overseas films may be of poor quality.
Please note that there will be no refunds in this case.

Deadline for return in case of failure
1 month warranty (cannot be submerged or dropped)
When returning a product, be sure to include the camera and warranty card.
Please send together, without warranty card
If more than 1 month has passed, the 1 month warranty will not apply.
We also do not perform paid repairs after one month has passed.
Check with your local camera store or do your own research.
Please repair it

*Please note that electronic cameras, mainly compact film cameras,
Currently, there are no locations offering repairs at general reception.
If the product breaks down after the one month warranty, it will not be repairable.

Return shipping fee
Regarding cameras and lenses, we will repair or refund your money within one month (replacement is also possible).
If you have a broken camera, please contact us or send us an Instagram DM and return it by cash on delivery.
If you do not have a warranty card and more than 1 month has passed, you will not be covered by the 1 month warranty.
