●Product description

REFLX LAB Film reversal film (positive)
It's a low-sensitivity ASA100 film, so it's recommended for daytime photography.

It has good color reproduction and is recommended for those who want to try positive film for the first time.

Film type: Color positive film
Development method E-6 / CR-56
Film speed: ISO100/21° with DX code

The difference between reversal and negative film

In the case of negatives, color and density can be corrected during the printing (developing) stage, and minor mistakes such as underexposure or overexposure during shooting can be covered before the finished product is produced.
However,
with reversal film, the quality of the image is directly reflected, so proper exposure is required when shooting. The tolerance and range (latitude) for the amount of light also differs.

I wrote all the above in a complicated way, but with a fully automatic camera, the camera will do it for you, and with a SLR or rangefinder with an exposure meter,
As long as you don't forget to set the ASA, you can take proper photos, and if you're using full manual, there's no problem if you set it as usual ☺︎❗️
The good thing about film cameras is that they take good pictures even if you set them randomly!

However, when you get positive film developed at a store like Kitamura Camera, it takes a week and the cost of developing it is around 4,000 yen!
